1.There is a five beer minimum per player (any light beer of your choosing, BYOB if you do not start in Gambrills).  The fifth beer must be finished before reaching the 9th green.

If you are a sober driver, you get 3 mulligans and there is no beer minimum for you.  No two player team can be composed of two sober drivers.

2. Two players per team, scramble format.  That means you each play the best shot.  Please keep score on an official score card and turn the scorecard into Christine at the end of the round.

3. Every 2 beers consumed = 1 mulligan.  You cannot pass mulligans between people. You cannot "owe" drinks. Drink up.

4. Awards will be given out in the following categories:
  • winner
  • closest to the pin
  • longest drive
  • best dressed
  • worst show of sportsmanship
  • best use of a mulligan
  • worst use of a mulligan
  • closest to a Mike Taylor moment
  • most beer consumed
  • any others that come to mind or we make up along the way

5. If you hit a squirrel or other non-human mammal, it is an automatic par for the hole. Hit a bird and it's a birdie. Hit and eagle…you get the picture.

6. Try not to hurt yourself or others around you.

7. In the case of a tie after 9 holes, the teams will proceed to the 10th hole for a sudden death playoff. (Please refer to Rule 6 when interpreting the term "sudden death")

8. Gambling is illegal in Bushwood.
